New Here

Hi everyone.  I am new to this site, and somewhat new to Whole Foods eating.  I am a female senior citizen, with diabetes and heart disease.  I have been eating low carb, and am now starting to add more plant food to my diet. 

I'm looking forward to reading the threads and learning new information.   The only problem I have so far is no dairy.  That will be tough for me, as I like cheese and yogurt.
