Starting Today - 9 December!

Hello everyone,

This is It! Today is the day I get rid of my bad eating habits, today I start being healthy again!

I am 27, recently married, I have tried every diets to lose the 7 extra kg that I carry. I have always been very interested in non processed foods yet I have daily cravings for chocolate, sugar mainly and I also don't resist under stress.

Reading the book has been so useful and I am ready to start. I have just now poured some coffee - without sugar !!! - and I boiled some eggs.

Is anyone else interested to join me and be my accountability partner, or people who are willing to send me positive thoughts and comments on their experiences, tips...


I would love to adopt a healthier eating habit and lose extra weight as my husband and I are planning for a baby soon...
