I found a good way to describe what I am doing when having to refuse or rework social situations. I'm just calling this an elimination diet, which it is. Most people get that as everyone seems to have some kind of food thing. Anyway have been feeling a mix of sleepy, flu-like, low energy, and I feel like I have dropped a few pounds of water bloat. I can breathe better, my plantar fasciitis, which was killing me after Christmas Eve dinner, is barely noticeable, sleeping better and generally not so stiff and sore. So way to go everybody - especially those starting tomorrow. on January 1.
