Teejayyy Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 I started a new whole30 yesterday. Technically this will be my third whole30 this year. I plan on going the full way, including reintroductions. I struggled yesterday since it was my first day and my body was crashing after dinner. I didn't realize how much I binged on bad food during the holidays. I just need some support. I am going back to basics which helped me with my first two whole30 and taking it one day at a time.
