Sandy Posted December 29, 2012 Share Posted December 29, 2012 Last January I started eating paleo about 80%. By September I was down 25 pounds and felt pretty good then...... I was injured in a biking mishap....off work...depressed and eating everything again! I have gained almost all of the weight back and feel like crap!
