Abbie_Lu Posted January 5, 2018 Share Posted January 5, 2018 I live in the UK and as I have dark skin it's necessary for me to take a vitamin D supplement during the winter months. I usually take the Holland & Barrett own brand one, however since I've started January Whole 30 I've stopped taking it because it contains sucrose. Can anyone recommend another brand of vitamin D that I can take just to get me through this month as I'm worried that I won't get enough from my meals?
