HelloKirst
I've attempted a Whole30 before and unfortunately, my binge eating issues got the best of me. Since then, I have been seeing a therapist as well as a dietitian that specializes in eating disorders about my food issues. Both are not opposed to me trying a Whole30. I just want my life and my mind back and I don't want to let food have the psychological hold over me that it currently does. I am hoping by committing to a Whole30 (or 60 or 90) plus the intense therapy I am doing that I will finally start to have a normal relationship with food. I guess my question is has anybody ever tried a Whole30 and been successful with an eating disorder?
chelle81!
I haven't been successful, but I plan to be!! Sounds like you're taking all the right steps - best of luck! Chelle

HelloKirst
Thanks, Juzbo! I have a feeling I am going to be attempting at least a Whole60.
