I have the day off today so using it as my final launch, final shopping, self-hyping, and making sure I am prepared. My husband is doing a Paleo challenge at the same time so that will help me avoid going off course and we can keep each other on task. I have not done Whole30 before - but have done similar “resets” - so I know it will be great, but very challenging when my cravings and eating habits kicks in! My major weakness is sugar so I know the first week will be particularly challenging while I am changing my habits surrounding when and why I am eating sugary stuff and making sure I fend off the “just one taste” voice in my head and staying strong!
