Moving from low-carb to the full Whole30

Hi everyone,

I've been eating a diet very similar to W30 for the past 18 months when my husband and I went extreme low-carb to deal with his diabetes. About the only difference between our regular diet and W30 is our consumption of dairy. Since then my health has blossomed, my weight has dropped 40 pounds, and I feel wonderful. But I still have some weight to go (I stabilized months ago and haven't budged) and the cheating has become more frequent, so I'm committing to the W30 for the month of January.

Just finished It Starts With Food, prepping food for the coming week and I'm ready to start on Tuesday. Let's see what no dairy and no cheating does for my health.
