PhoenixH Posted January 18, 2018 Share Posted January 18, 2018 Hello. I'm planning to start the Whole30 program on Monday, January 22nd. This may be tough for me, because I usually get my groceries from the food bank, which usually only has rice, beans, packaged goods, and peanut butter. Fresh stuff is often just this side of rotten. So, I'm going to have to get my groceries from the grocery store, and I hope I'll be able to stick to the plan. I've been trying to eat up the stuff I've got that's not on the plan, which is practically everything in my pantry and fridge. Still, I know I need to do something drastic to break this addiction to sugar and other cr*p I have no business eating. All the support I can get would be appreciated!
