Phx - Day Two

It's been a good day.  I made a spinach frittata for breakfast.  Only ate 1/4 of it, so will have leftovers.  Had a leftover stuffed pepper for lunch.  Then made a meatloaf and spiralized sweet potato for dinner.  I'm not feeling deprived at all.  I'm still trying to figure out how to make my coffee palatable.  I saw a recipe on an FB page with a recipe for creamer that called for alcohol-free vanilla.  The problem is alcohol-free vanilla costs ten bucks!  I'm not sure I want creamer that bad.  Does anybody know if there are any Whole 30 compliant creamers???
