Gphanatix1
Having done a month of this in the past I feel that there are different parts of the 30 days. The initial few days in my mind were excitement. “I’ve ate crappy, I drink too much, this is going to get me jacked and tan, blah blah blah.” Then the first time I did it after day 3 the headaches began. My body was screaming out for those bad foods. I adjusted my good fat intake and fruits and got through them. The next week or so is good times again. I’m trying new foods, I’m happy with what I’m doing, feeling great. Then you hit this point. Today it has been around 13 or 14 days for most of us and from what I gather this it he point where a lot of us want to quit or are questioning what the hell we are doing this? I’m not a quitter. I don’t quit. I’m not going to have a bumper sticker on my car that says Whole 30 DNF. So for those struggling just remember, it gets easier. We are almost halfway done. Once we had that 20th day it’s only 10 more downhill home stretch days left. See you at the finish line.
