heathera Posted January 3, 2013 Author Share Posted January 3, 2013 pre-wo - 2 eggs (pre-coffee per ISWF) & coconut milk PWO - chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato meal 1 - 3 eggs, veggies, sweet potato, jalepenos, couple of macadamia nuts meal 2 - chicken breast, mixed greens, banana peppers, olives, olive oil, celery, cider vinegar couple of macadamias...really trying to keep from snacking...and doing pretty well; but WANT those nuts! feeling a bit bloated today; drinking lots of water ; and no caffeine after noon; but still feel poochy in the region where my abs were poking through just 10 days ago (before I went on a little off road trip for 8 days and nearly fell off the cliff!) feeling pretty happy though meal 3 - salmon, romaine, olive oil, applesauce Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
