W30 1st Quarter - Made a decision...1/2-4/21

Prepping for day 1 tomorrow...going to eat pretty clean today...having some black eyed peas as a reintroduction test of sorts...and some bacon (which has nitrates) in my cabbage...

Otherwise...planning to eat fairly clean today...Wednesday will start day 1.

pre-wo - apple, coconut milk

PWO - 3 eggs, sweet potato, jalepeno, banana

turkey breast, carrots, broccoli, olives

chicken breast, romaine, macadamia nuts, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried cranberries (homemade)

beef, cabbage (a touch of bacon), applesauce

pre-wo - 2 eggs (pre-coffee per ISWF) & coconut milk

PWO - chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato

meal 1 - 3 eggs, veggies, sweet potato, jalepenos, couple of macadamia nuts

meal 2 - chicken breast, mixed greens, banana peppers, olives, olive oil, celery, cider vinegar

couple of macadamias...really trying to keep from snacking...and doing pretty well; but WANT those nuts!

feeling a bit bloated today; drinking lots of water ; and no caffeine after noon; but still feel poochy in the region where my abs were poking through just 10 days ago (before I went on a little off road trip for 8 days and nearly fell off the cliff!)

feeling pretty happy though

meal 3 - salmon, romaine, olive oil, applesauce

PWO - chicken breast, 1/2 sweet potato, cocounut milk

banana, macadamia nuts (have a meeting at 10:00; and it is too early for a meal...had to have something though)

salmon, cabbage with bacon, apple, macadamia nuts

2 eggs, sweet potato, jalepenos, veggies

coconut milk, chicken, applesauce

almonds, shrimp with hot sauce, strawberries

Today was on the go...and wasn't able to stick to three squares...but pretty good day overall

(nasty) turkey and romaine salad with olives...that turkey went in the garbage when I got home

coconut & chicken breast

paleo meatballs, steamed cauliflower and broccoli, tomato and basil sauce, bit of spaghetti squash

Combat 60 this morning was pretty good; felt a bit tired around 20 minutes in; but pushed through and got a second wind about 30 minutes in!

2 eggs, spaghetti squash, spinach, tabasco, banana, coconut*

*freakin' starving before lunch...stomach growling

chicken breast, 1/2 avocado, olive oil, red leaf lettuce, celery, cilantro, vinegar, small apple

paleo meatballs (2), spaghetti squash, tomato & basil sauce

growl...good morning; I fell (don't laugh) off the curb yesterday afternoon...and twisted the left ankle (which is fine); but wrenched my right knee...hurt really bad last night...gonna attempt Combat anyways this morning. 'bout to eat my pre-wo eggs and have some coconut cream in my coffee.

felt stronger, and my workout was awesome! fish oil really helps relieve joint pain
