Day 22 and Feeling Amazing!

Guys...I'm a convert. I have been struggling with digestive issues for years (microscopic colitis and IBS) and had tried -- and abandoned -- many dietary approaches to try to manage my symptoms. Nothing worked, until about a week ago when I started noticing some consistent, positive changes. Every day isn't perfect (apparently my body does NOT like lettuce...), but my symptoms are generally under control now. I don't even have gas or bloating most of the time, and I definitely don't have to literally RUN to the bathroom multiple times a day anymore. This is amazing. Even better, my husband (who is generally much less willing to limit his food options) has seen the amazing benefits of Whole30 and wants to adopt much of it in his daily diet, too. Looks like we may well be Whole365-ers!
