It's my first time doing this, but a have a LCHF-experience and i'm really keen on cooking. I'm 19 and I live in Moscow. I have an instagram account @jdeac_meals where I am planning to share my recipes and whole30 experience. I also love fitness and now I am trying to become fitter!
