Carolyn Koron Parise Posted January 1, 2013 Share Posted January 1, 2013 Hello! My name is Carolyn. I have been going to boot camp classes 3 times a week for about 6 months. I have not done much to improve my food choices though. I think now that I have started back on the road to good eating, I will benefit even more from my workouts. Well today will soon be over and I think I did pretty good. No sugar, no snacks, no soda, and no caffeine. I am glad I started before I go back to work next week. This should give time for me to get over the carb cravings. My co-workers love bringing in really bad food, by bad I mean yummy but a no-no. Looking forward to more successful days!
