Hi everyone! I'm so excited to begin this journey.... and my husband decided to do it with me:)which will make this whole transition easier. I'm feeling frustrated because I seem to be bloated or gaining more weight. Is this normal? I'm freaking out! Also, does anyone know if I can substitute tapioca flour for almond flour for the salmon cakes?
