Cjcheck Posted April 8, 2018 Share Posted April 8, 2018 I am on Day 8 and so far it is going good. I've had a very stressful week and avoided any binge snacking which is some kind of miracle. Page 63 in "The Whole 30 Day by Day" book was timed perfectly as I sit her craving a sweet snack after lunch. Clearly, steamed fish and broccoli doesn't sound good so I realize this is a craving not real hunger. I also realize how I am using food to 'satisfy' me emotionally.
