Whole30 newbies start on May 1!!!

My husband and I have been mostly healthy and active but since he has retired we have started some very poor habits; skipping breakfast, much more sedentary, snacking ALL the time, carb overload- (bagels, chips, chocolate, ICE CREAM!!!), eating at midnight when I get home from work, etc. we are hoping to reset these unhealthy habits we have created and get back to an active and healthy lifestyle. Been reading the Whole30 book and have started making minor (major?!) changes so it will be easier than cold turkey start. Like, NO ITALIAN SWEET CREAM CREAMER. Getting ready to meal plan today and do our shopping Saturday and food prep on Sunday!!!  Excited and nervous about this journey.
