Hi y'all, I started my first Whole30 yesterday. My first day was excellent- I made my whole family a huge, compliant egg scramble for breakfast, and then grilled burgers for everyone for our Memorial Day picnic- I will not lie, it was tough to pass up the BBQ potato chips, but burgers with homemade garlic mayo, avocado, and kraut was pretty darn satisfying. :) 

I have already been off of gluten, rice, and sugar for quite a while,  but quinoa and beans are huge staple in my house- and allllll the dairy! I am struggling most with the whole not-snacking thing.

As a mom of a 4-year-old, I'd love tips from other parents who've successfully pulled this off. :D
