CricketProtein
Early in 'It starts with food' there is a discussion about seed oils and the dangers of excessive Omega 6s. I've always been under the impression in the last 10-15 years that any Omega oils (3s, 6s, and 9s) were great for you. I understand the importance of Omega 3s and traditional sources of it being in meats like fish but was not aware that Omega 6s were problematic. Basically, if we can't get our Omega 3s from seed oils, where do we get them from, other than fish? Also, since Omega 6s are bad, what is a healthy amount? How do you control eating Omega 6s? Just the action of stopping Seed Oils will fix that problem?
