Logging my my second round of Whole30 (post-partum)

I’m very nervous about my second round of Whole30. 

Im nervous because after having my baby this past June, all self-control has gone out the window. I eat whatever, whenever and how-much-ever I want. I know this is wrong. I can’t seem to get a grip of my cravings. ’m ready to change for me and my daughter. 

My goals with this round of Whole30:

-decrease/remove brain fog

-more energy (to keep up with 7 month old)

-find my joy with eating clean and caring for this vessel of mine


Im excited to log my food and feelings here, along with Whole30 Day By Day.
