pLENTiFULL Posted March 5, 2019 Share Posted March 5, 2019 Hello, I am doing whole30 for lent this year (since it could be considered 40 days with the 10 day re-introduction of food). I am doing this also because our body is a temple and I am hoping to treat it the best that I can and learn how to from this program. I am excited and very nervous all at once. I decided to start this Monday (3/3/2019) just because I work throughout the week and it was easier for me to food prep on Sunday. I am on day 2, currently. Can't wait to keep going!
