I didn't even make it exactly as the recipe stated - I reduced the amount of potatoes and added some Trader Joe's frozen mixed mushrooms (with olive oil and garlic). Made it even easier by using the Trader Joe's Mirepoix mix (prechopped onion, celery and carrot). Soooo yummy!
