Pied Piper Posted August 24, 2019 Share Posted August 24, 2019 Hey folks, I started on 8/19 too. So nice to know there are marvelous people out there on the same hike. Any hacks or tricks to avoid willpower exhaustion? My main one this week was to skip the big start-of-school picnic events at which I knew I’d be hungry and tempted by loads of non-W30 food and beverages, then find a couple of social events with supportive gal pals.
