AIK Posted September 29, 2019 Share Posted September 29, 2019 Brand new to Whole 30. Biggest challenges are going to be diet soda and meal prep. I have just planned for the week, am sending my husband shopping for only the items on the list (so i won't get tempted!) and plan to make a number of the items today, before my week gets crazy.
