Today day 7:

B: Salad made with leftover roasted chicken (regular) with skin removed. Mixed with collard greens, zucchini, tomato chunks, and 1/2 avocado. Dressed with balsamic vinegar.

2 cups black coffee

Lunch: turkey soup made with vegetables and cabbage, 2 palms of moose meat with moose gravy (unthickened).
