Hether Posted June 20, 2022 Share Posted June 20, 2022 I work out 5 days a week and must have gum or a mint in my mouth or my mouth gets ridiculously dry-to the point that I will stop working out. I drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day. I am really worried about not being able to have gum or a mint (while working out) for 30 days. I’m only worried about this during my workouts.
