Day 9 - good W30 day! Felt great all day, no headache and didn't need my ADD meds!!!

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 sweet potato, a bunch of vegies

Lunch

2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 sweet potato, a bunch of vegies

Workout

Snack

2 bananas, 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk smoothie

Dinner

1 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 butternut squash

So glad you are feeling so great today!!! That is awesome!

Keep logging your food so we can take a look at it. Day 8 and 9 look really good...just be sure you are getting enough fat. I didn't see much. Protein too.

Looking forward to reading the rest of your logs!
