pandaclouds Posted February 17, 2013 Author Share Posted February 17, 2013 WOOHOOO DAY 30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pre-workout: fried egg, handful of cashews post-workout: broiled perch, broccoli, handful of cashews (NO MORE cashews left!!!! never buying them in bulk again! lol soooo addicting!!), apple snack: apple, kombucha, prunes (first it was diarrhea, and now the past 2 days i've been constipated!) dinner: coconut flour pan-fried cod, sauteed kale, and roasted butternut squash DONE. curious to see how much i will weight tomorrow, but considering i've been constipated for the past 2 days, it's not looking too good =( will post my RESULTS/FINAL THOUGHTS in the success forum!!!! bye for now WHOLE30!!!!!!!!!!!
