travelgal Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 Started my Whole30 yesterday, January 30 so that I can end February 28. Decided it was a good time because I leave on a 3 week trip to New Zealand on March 2 that will entail lots of hiking, kayaking, canyoneeing (basically active outdoors stuff).
