joanne Posted February 11, 2013 Share Posted February 11, 2013 happy lunar new year! for the occasion i wanted to make a traditional asian dish that's also whole30-compliant. so i did some adapting, and voila -- paleo lion's head meatballs! it's a ground pork-based recipe, with ginger, shallots, and carrots, and substitutes coconut aminos for soy sauce. not sure if anyone else is familiar with the original dish, but my paleo version came out quite well! try it out if you want an asian-inspired meal that's good for cold winter nights http://food-trotting...aleo-lions-head Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
