Suze Posted February 19, 2013 Share Posted February 19, 2013 I did a Whole30 at the end of last year, and fell off the bandwagon a bit while experimenting with intermittent fasting. Now I'm more convinced than ever that it is what I eat that matters more than when! My goals for this Whole30: - eat fruit in moderation (last time I would have fruit as a snack/dessert all the time... should cut back!) - run at least 2x/week: I love running and should make time for it, period - do 10-20 minutes of yoga every morning - sprinkle some intermittent fasting in. I've found that I focus better in the morning without breakfast, so I want to continue doing that. Starting tomorrow, looking forward to this!!
