Suze
I did a Whole30 at the end of last year, and fell off the bandwagon a bit while experimenting with intermittent fasting. Now I'm more convinced than ever that it is what I eat that matters more than when! My goals for this Whole30: - eat fruit in moderation (last time I would have fruit as a snack/dessert all the time... should cut back!) - run at least 2x/week: I love running and should make time for it, period - do 10-20 minutes of yoga every morning - sprinkle some intermittent fasting in. I've found that I focus better in the morning without breakfast, so I want to continue doing that. Starting tomorrow, looking forward to this!! Suze
Day 1 is feeling pretty good. Not hungry at all, though right now I'm a bit filled up with broccoli florets! Below is what I ate. I need to figure out how to post pictures-- that salad I had today was ridiculously yummy. around 1pm: lettuce wrap with shredded veggies 4pm: handful of baby carrots 5pm: small sweet potato, cooked green beans & red peppers; mixed greens salad with shredded carrots, beets, mushrooms, sunflower seeds, onions 1 hardboiled egg, 1/2 avocado; 1 red delicious apple 8pm: small broccoli pea stir fry w/ 1 jumbo shrimp, 1 mandarin orange Any comments would be appreciated!
