First Whole30

Today is the first day of my Whole30, and I am sooo excited. I spent most of yesterday preparing my food for the week! I know myself well enough to know that if I am prepared I am more likely to follow thru. I had some of the proscuitto egg cups for breakfast with half of an avacado and a small bowl of berries. I also had coffee with coconut milk, and I was plesantly surprised by how good it was. I normally drink it with sugar and cream. For lunch I am having a salad, tuna, and the rest of the avacado. I also packed a hard boiled egg just in case. I am not quite sure how much I will be eating. Normally I am a grazer, so I am interested to see how it will be just eating 3 meals a day.

Can anyone recommend a great dressing to make? I made an orange poppyseed one last night, but I am not very happy with the way that it turned out. I may have to tweak it a little. I also plan to make the Ranch that is in ISWF.
