Dexstreme Posted March 11, 2013 Share Posted March 11, 2013 My husband & I are really looking forward to starting, I have IBS so after reading 'it starts with food' I cannot have eggs,nightshades,caffeine,nuts,some fruits & my veg needs to be well cooked.
