rachel11 Posted March 17, 2013 Share Posted March 17, 2013 I'm 167 pounds (75.4kg). Ideally I want to get down to 65kg eventually. I have a binge eating disorder. I have completed a whole30 before but kind of "relapsed" and ended up undoing a lot of my progress. However, I KNOW this works. I just need more time. So I'm starting a full on Whole80 tomorrow. Just one little exception to the rules: I'll allow one weigh in on day 41, just to track progress really. Going to be keeping a journal here.
