New starter

I'm Clare, I'm 28, Mama to three and starting the Whole30 today. Just got back from camping yesterday, before camping I did a trial week of eating mostly paleo and was amazed at how great I felt, so I'm diving in from today.

The most obvious effects for me were that I suddenly felt slimmer, turns out bloated was 'normal' for me and I seemed to need less sleep and wake more refreshed. Bring it on!

Had a veggie scramble for breakfast, was delicious!
