Hkroyall Posted March 26, 2013 Share Posted March 26, 2013 Hello all , I am on day 21! Woohoo! But, unfortunately, I am hungrier than I have been this entire journey. I have been eating enough, and then some. I have been following the Whole30 strictly and have been drinking enough fluids. I am not sure what's going on! Has anyone else had this happen? Any advice?? Hormonal changes during the month can also factor in, I find myself eating more right before my cycle. If you're truly hungry then eat, one of the things I enjoyed about my W30 was the fact that I didn't feel hungry until right before meal times. Link to comment
