Guest
OK, so I stuck with light to moderate walking for my Whole30 and went back to a dance class today. I can see myself adding one or two things a day in the next couple weeks, especially running and hiking, as I start to feel better. Anyway, I do Nia which is a pretty moderate class that lasts 60 minutes. I have not paid much attention to the protocols for athletes since I have not been working out, so I am not certain how to know if I need to follow the pre and post-workout meals protocols. I'm thinking not, but I will have a little meat and veg now and proceed differently in the future if necessary. Maybe I should hydrate and re-read that section of the book. Thanks! Jenn B
I have a similar question. I have gotten into the habit of having a pre workout meal (1 hb egg) 15-20 minutes before doing HIIT 25min or a spin class with light to moderate weights for 15-30 minutes after, and post workout meal of (1 hb egg/ part of a yam) and I am unclear if this constitutes a workout, and what exactly is a "workout"? Thanks!
