I did it!

So, I have completed my Whole 30. I have gone thirty-two days without grains, legumes, dairy, refined sugar, and alcohol. If you know me well, you know that is pretty much all I used to eat.

Here are my results:

I lost 7.2 pounds, 1.6% of my body fat, and my BMI went down 1.4. My chronic lower back pain has subsided greatly and I feel great!

I lost a total of 8.25 inches; 1.75" were from my hips :-) and 2.25" were from my boobages :-(

I plan to keep eating clean, but I am going to add gluten free spirits into the mix every once in a while. I'll post my next update in 30 days!
