4/12 - Day ONE!

My wife and I are in this together! We've cut out gluten and most dairy since January, 2012. I occasionally cheat with cheese and "gluten-free" versions of my favorite foods: pizza, pasta, etc.

Since changing my diet, I've lost almost 50 lbs., but I still have a ways to go to meet my goals. Honestly, I don't care that much about the weight or how I look (ok, I care - it's just not my primary motivation). I want to be healthier so that I can spend more time playing with my daughter, my dogs, and generally enjoying life with my family.

I'm following my wife's lead, and using this forum as an accountability measure for myself.
