nana Posted April 17, 2013 Share Posted April 17, 2013 day 31 and i am sorta nervous i was one of those who didn't feel great on day 30 but i went off today anyway so far have just added 2 tsp vanilla to coconut egg muffins. i am not sure i will even like these crazy muffins because i am not a big coconut fan....anyhow this is reintroducing alcohol and corn sryup (from the vanilla) in veeeeerrrrrrryyyy small amount. so we will see......the encouraging part is i can start another whole30 whenever i want. A lot of what we've been eating will remain our staples, but I am hoping to get skim milk (made into an iced latte!) back into my diet with no difficulty. Knowledge is power. At least I'll know it's the milk giving me a problem and can work around it with something else! My allergies have been under excellent control during my whole30 and they shouldn't have been!
