PCOS ladies

I was just curious if anyone on here had tried this to manage their symptoms.


I'm not TTC but would like to see some of the other benefits people say it offers? (help with acne, insulin resistance, etc)

I would love a way to manage symptoms without metformin since it makes me feel icky. Anyone have any experience with it?

I have no experience with pregnitude but I have found ways of minimizing the effects of PCOS and have completely avoided getting put on the metformin all together. Here's how I've done it:

Keep sugar levels low

Eat a good amount of fiber through veggies each day

Lower the stress

Up the water intake

Lower the caffeine intake

Supplement where needed (I take potassium)

Dont skip meals
