I'm staring out tomorrow and super excited to do so. I did a paleo challenge through my box in the fall , and did OK but definitely could have done a lot better.

I broke my foot 6 weeks ago and had to go four weeks without walking on the foot. That meant, NO CROSSFIT. I did not eat well during the time I was off my foot and started to feel flabby.

I have been working out too much and not seeing the gains I should be seeing due to my poor diet.

I will do this! I will eat healthy, sleep better, lift heavier . Be HAPPY
