AmberM Posted May 4, 2013 Share Posted May 4, 2013 I'm extended breastfeeding my twins right now and they currently nurse about 3-4 times a day right now so that means I'm nursing 6-8x a day. I tracked my calories on fitnesspal just out of curiosity and I'm eating between 1100-1300 calories a day. I'm also doing crossfit 3x a week. I think the calories seems really low but I'm eating 3 meals a day and I eat till I'm full. The more protein I eat the faster I get full. I made an omelet for breakfast with 2 eggs, 1 chicken leg shredded, mushrooms and homemade marinara and I could only eat half of it. Does anyone else have this problem? I'm not super worried about my milk since I planned on weaning my twins by the 2yr mark so they are almost there but even without nursing it seems low. I've been really tired also.
