New to this

Hello, My friend told me about this website and that I should try it. I mainly eat palio (cheat a little here and there) but use it as a guide to my lifestyle.

I am very interested in doing the 30 day 'challenge' but don't really see how to do it. I don't see anything about what foods to eat/not eat except that it is strickter than palio. I don't see a challenge section, etc... I don't really know how to "do" this way of eating. I would like to go grocery shopping today so I can start tomorrow but am confused about "how" to "do" this....
