scrapstitching Posted May 5, 2013 Share Posted May 5, 2013 I posted the specifics on my blog (http://shrinkinggrayhairedhippietales.blogspot.com/2013/05/day-5-adventures-in-energy-and-food.html), but the bottom line is I had a great breakfast with two veggies, a fair amount of protein, and some fruit. I'm learning more about what I want to eat and putting it together with the puzzle of what we should be eating on W30. Pretty amazing adventure.
