I've read through It Starts with Food, and I'm excited for the possible benefits of this nutritional reset I've tried paleo in the past, but I've recently realized how unhealthy I've been eating and have definitely had a lack of energy. I'm also hoping to determine any food sensitivities I may have. I'm looking forward to the challenge and greatly depending on support from friends, family and you all! I'm on day 7, so I'm a relative newbie to all of this, but I'm amazed at how my determination has allowed me to see things differently and how good things taste when you don't eat [self-bleep].
