Feeling sick

Hi everyone,

I am currently on day 18 of my Whole 30 and it had been going great until last night. However, I felt very sick after dinner/breakfast last night--I sat in the bathroom expecting to vomit but it never came. I don't remember ever feeling that terrible before, but today I just feel week.

Yesterday's meals:

5pm on Wednesday: chicken with broccoli and cauliflower

1am Thursday (I work night shift, have for a long time): chicken with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and peppers

Snack somewhere in there-1/2 avocado and some carrots

8am Thursday: 3 eggs with lots of spinach

Slept 9am-5pm-ish, woke up and had tuna with homemade mayo and spinach.

I didn't eat during the night because I felt so sick at those times, but now I'm starting to feel hungry again and I'm concerned about what I should eat. Any suggestions?
