newwhole30er
Is there any problem with counting (unsweetened) herbal tea as part of my fluid intake? I know regular tea can be a diuretic, but is that true of herbal tea as well? Or is there any other issue I'm not thinking of?
TryingOver
I count my herbal teas towards my fluid intake. Whether or not it is diuretic would vary widely based on the herbs in the tea, but most common blends (chamomile, mint, ginger) are not diuretic.
